Fusion Crete
A high-performance graphene oxide liquid admixture that nano-reinforces concrete and mortar during hydration. When added at the final mixing stage, Fusion Crete's dispersed graphene sheets integrate into the forming C-S-H matrix — bridging micro-voids, densifying pore structure, and producing a dramatically stronger, more durable composite.
Compatible with all standard cement types (OPC grades 33/43/53 and PPC). No modification to batching, equipment, or mix ratios required.

What Fusion Crete delivers
Enhanced Strength
Compressive and tensile strength improvements from 30% to 197% depending on grade and cure time. 99% of design strength achieved in 7 days across all grades.
Superior Durability
Nanoscale pore sealing reduces permeability by over 50% — blocking chlorides, sulfates, and moisture that corrode rebar and degrade slabs over decades.
Faster Curing
GO nucleates C-S-H crystal growth early in hydration, accelerating early-strength gain. Structures reach stripping strength faster, compressing construction timelines.
Reduced Carbon Footprint
Achieve equivalent structural performance with 10–25% less cement per m³. Since cement accounts for ~8% of global CO₂ emissions, this is a meaningful reduction at scale.
Drop-In Compatible
No changes to batching plant, equipment, or mix procedure. Fusion Crete is pre-diluted in mix water at the final stage — 10 minutes additional mixing, nothing else changes.
Proven Across Grades
Validated across M-10 through M-40 with both OPC and PPC cement types. Compatible with conventional, polymeric, reinforced, precast, and structural mortar mixes.
High-Rise Buildings & Bridges
Fusion Crete nano-reinforces concrete at the molecular level — bridging micro-cracks before they form. Structures that bear heavier loads with less material, lasting decades longer without degradation.

Drastically reduced permeability means chlorides, sulfates, and moisture cannot penetrate the slab — ideal for high-traffic highways, airport runways, port structures, and coastal environments.

The same structural performance with measurably less cement. Fusion Crete increases mix efficiency at the nano-scale, reducing the carbon footprint of every cubic meter poured — without changing your mix design.

Four steps.
Zero compromise.
Fusion Crete integrates into your existing workflow. No new equipment, no retraining, no changes to approved mix designs. Just a 10-minute addition at the final stage.
Calculate dosage
Determine Fusion Crete volume per kg of cement using the dosage table for your concrete grade and cement type.
Pre-dilute in water
Disperse the measured Fusion Crete into 100–1000 ml of the mix water. This ensures uniform nano-dispersion before contact with cement.
Prepare mix as normal
Batch water, aggregates, cement, and any other admixtures per your standard specification. No changes to mix design ratios.
Add at final stage
Once the mix is prepared and hydrated, add the pre-diluted Fusion Crete and mix thoroughly for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Where Fusion Crete performs
Storage
- —Keep in original sealed container, indoors in a cool dry place (5°C – 30°C)
- —Protect from direct sunlight and UV radiation — use opaque, UV-resistant containers
- —Prevent freezing — frozen matrix causes irreversible graphene agglomeration
- —Store away from oxidising agents, halogens, acids, and flammable substances
- —Agitate or stir thoroughly before each use to restore uniform nano-dispersion
Safety
- —Handle in accordance with standard construction site safety and hygiene practices
- —Use appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, eye protection)
- —In case of skin or eye contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water
- —SDS available on request — contact our technical team for documentation
